You will be responsible for preparing facilities prior to events, assist in overseeing vendors throughout the wedding and provide administrative support as needed.
The Event Assistant must provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic team player, and work independently with little supervision.
The wedding schedule requires availability on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Perform essential administrative duties, such as:
answering calls, responding to voicemails and emails, putting together wedding packets, etc.
Keep files up to date for the Venue Supervisor and SkyPark Weddings Event Manager.
Be familiar with Excel for creating spreadsheets and formulas.
Be present and assist supervisor and manager in executing wedding events.
Assist with the correct set-up and tear down of the ceremony and reception site.
Be available to wedding guests to answer their questions and assist them as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have great communication skills, verbally and written.
Must have exceptional time management skills and efficiency.
Must be organized and have a strong attention to detail.
Be self-motivated and confident.
Always have a positive attitude and professional work ethic.
Always be calm during high pressure times, in the office or at the time of event.
Must be able to work outdoors.
Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Be able to stand and walk for at least (8) hours per shift.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
